EMPLOYMENT & LABOR
DeHeng serves as general counsel for many employers and advises them on all issues related to employment. We regularly advise them in employment agreements with executives, sales agreement with agents, representatives and independent contractors. We also help employers design compensation packages involving stock options, incentive compensation, deferred compensations and other plans benefiting both employers and employees. Under the umbrella of litigation, we have litigated cases involving wrongful employees' discharge claims brought against multi-national companies.

We have served as legal counsel to Real Estate Summit held in New York City which was attended by major real estate developers and investors from the United State and mainland China.
