Of Counsel
Dean Cho has a diversified practice litigating on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil and commercial matters. He has experience in appellate, commercial, employment, products liability, intellectual property, environmental, real estate and insurance coverage litigation in both federal and state courts. Prior to joining DeHeng as of-counsel, he was a senior litigation associate in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP, where he practiced complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Cho is admitted to the bar of New York, and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He received his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law in 1988, where he served as the Editorial Staff in Annual Survey of American Law. He graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. degree in 1985. After law school, he completed a clerkship with Hon. W. Earl Britt, then Chief District Judge, U.S. District Court for Eastern District of North Carolina.
